Spirit Animal

Original painting of a heron study on water. Inspired by the ornamental lake in Manor House Gardens, I spot the heron daily. She's become a trusted friend, reminding me of the beauty of stillness, reflection and spirituality. The small flock have recently had chicks and witnessing their growth journey enhances that connection to nature, life and the balance.
