Delivery

I'm so excited to ship some artwork to you! It really means to much to me that you want to have my art in your home. As a collector of original art myself, I can assure you that nothing transforms a space like art.

Please allow 2-3 business days for handling. Delivery typically takes between 3-7 business days, but during the holiday season, it could be between 5-10 business days for delivery. Delivery times are up to the shipping carrier, though. If a package is late or delayed, I sincerely apologise on behalf of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact me at rachelelizabethartist@gmail.com within 48 hours to discuss options.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact me at rachelelizabethartist@gmail.com and I'll be happy to replace your item. NOTE: you must send a picture of the damaged item within 48 hours to be eligible for a return. 

I am not responsible for any VAT, import fees or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery.

All art prints are delivered through Royal Mail via first-class or special delivery.

Original Paintings

All original paintings will be delivered via Royal Mail special delivery, or courier, depending on the size of the piece, and location for delivery. 

Framing

Some artworks are available for framing. If you'd like to request framing on an artwork that is not listed in the product page, please get in touch to discuss options.

Commissions

Commissions will be delivered via Royal Mail special delivery, or courier, depending on the size of the piece, and location for delivery. Oil paintings will require a minimum of 4 weeks drying time before delivery. Please allow a minimum of 6 weeks turnaround time from deposit to shipment. Delivery times will vary depending on location.

International Delivery

International shipping will vary with extended delivery schedules, carriers and pricing. If you need your item delivered internationally, please contact me at rachelelizabethartist@gmail.com.
